Yourhouse Guesthouse was established on the 1 January 1990 and is one of the oldest guesthouses in Chiang Mai. It is comprised of 2 separate buildings approximately 20 metres apart, both conveniently located in the historic old part of the city in a quiet soi (lane) about 5 minutes walk from Tha Pae Gate. Yourhouse 1 (pictured here) is our original house, and is a traditional Thai teak wooden building. All of these rooms have a fan and shared bathrooms. (6 rooms)

Yourhouse 2 is a more modern building (1995) situated a little further down the soi. All of these rooms have a private bathroom (with hot shower) and some are available with air-conditioning. (19 rooms)

Yourhouse 3 has opened in 2008, opposite Yourhouse 1. Rooms are very luminous with wonderful teak floor. Each one has private balcony, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, Internet plug and TV with international chanels. Refrigerator is optional. (19 rooms)
